We average about 45 transactions per year, well above the industry average of only 8 transactions per year. Most of our business is from personal referrals and past clients. Lately, many people have been finding us on Google and Yahoo and have been calling us from around the country (recently, even around the world). Our clients vary widely. From first time home buyers buying a $50,000 townhome to record producers and corporate executives buying multi-million dollar estates. No matter who you are, you get treated with the utmost respect. We love seeing clients use us over the years as their lives and housing needs change.

But Who Are We and Why Should You Work with Us?

I'm Tim Maitski. My picture is at the top of the page. I'm happily married with two of the most wonderful kids in the world. Rebecca is twelve and Benjamin is te . (More personal details if you're really interested) I started working as a real estate agent in 1999. I became business partners with my mother-in-law, Sandie Fisher.

Sandie (personal details) has been in the real estate business since 1980 when interest rates were at 17%. She's been through just about every type of real estate market there can be.

James Moten (personal details) has been a licensed agent since 2003. He lives intown and really knows all of the intown neigborhoods and the condo market. James also does a lot of business over in the Stone Mountain area.

Cathi Cronin joined our group two years ago. She lives and works down on the southern part of Atlanta, down around Peachtree City. She's a hardworker and knows her area well.

Together we make a pretty good team. I keep up on all the latest technology and Sandie supplies a lot of insight and experience gained through many years and hundreds of transactions. We're very different personalities. Some people prefer working with Sandie or Cathi and some prefer working with me. But whoever you work with, we have systems in place that take care of all of the details and create a great experience.

Sandie has worked for several real estate companies such at Buckhead Brokers and Jenny Pruitt. We worked together at REMAX Greater Atlanta ror 12 years. When RE/MAX Greater Atlanta filed for bankruptcy on April 4, 2011, we thought it best to move to another company and avoid the issues of a company reorganization.

We looked at many options and decided to join Atlanta Communities. They are a growing company with no debt and a high energy management team who we are confident will make Atlanta Communities the number one real estate brokerage in Atlanta.
